As usual, it all boils down to money. Even when children are sacrificed.
We have no business giving the failed psychiatric establishment or the pharmaceutical industry any sort of doorway into our schools. Their actual record is of an abysmal failure to prevent teen suicide in the teens under their care. In fact, there’s a lot of evidence that antidepressant drugs often actually bring about suicidal behavior in young people. Even the FDA now acknowledges the causal link between antidepressants and teen suicide. Britain has in fact banned their use for children under the age of 18.
These drug pushers make me sick.
Anything to make the animals more more- and at what cost, our childrens lives.
First we have diagnosis by survey--I do not think you would accept a diagnosis from your Dr. for,say,hypertension, based on a simple questionnaire and no blood pressure measurements. Second, we have the potential damage to these teens labeling them as suicidal, which will affect their future. Then we have medications that carry black box warnings because they cause suicide. Why would anyone want this program?
I have read the Teen Screen survey and can not believe it is used to diagnose anything. The questions are general and aimed towards making it appear that nearly any child (puberty age in particular) would "seem" to be suicidal. How absurd!!
Teen Screen needs to be stopped dead in it's tracks.
In the 19th Century, doctors believed in "letting blood" as a solution to illness. The first thing they did if you were sick is slit your wrists. Many people died of blood loss. Today a doctor that did that would be thrown in jail. But we allow these criminal psychiatrists to put children (and adults) on drugs that are supposed to be a solution to depression, but actually CAUSE depression, suicide and insanity. If we could imagine what historians a century from now will say about us when they look back, our faces would be red. We have to stop this now.
It needs to all be exposed. Anyway that we can get this information out to the masses is the best bet to educate so people don't fall for me.
